Small Group Program Policies

Registration Policy:

• One trial lesson is available to prospective students prior to the start of each semester.
• After the trial lesson, students wishing to take classes need to register for a full semester.
• No refunds after registration.

Absences and Make-up lessons:

• Students will have 2 excused absences per semester. 
• Except in the case of emergencies, please give 24-hour notice if a student needs to miss any of the program components.
• If a student misses an in-person instrumental class, they will receive an additional 10 minutes during their weekly one-on-one "Check-in" on Zoom at no additional cost. 
• If a student misses the weekly one-on-one "Check-in" on Zoom,  we will reschedule the "Check-in" at a mutually convenient time.
• All lessons missed by the teacher or weather-related closings will be rescheduled.
